Sounds like Stormy touched her, not vice versa, which the law doesn't state is a criminal act. It's my understanding that in Ohio, the Patron is not allowed to touch the performer, not the other way around

ORC - OHIO REVISED CODE / violation 2907.40 C-2 No employee who regularly appears nude or seminude on the premises of a sexually oriented business... shall knowingly touch a patron who is not a member... Sounds like state law to me.

She's not an employee of the establishment, nor does she appear their regularly. She was there for AN appearance as an independent contractor. You just proved my point

This is standard strip club procedure. It happens hundreds of times a night across the country. If you want to tip the performer and have some contact, you sit at the stage with $$ in hand and wait for the performer to spend a moment with you. Then you tip her.
