Well, I live in rural Indiana, and it's really, really, really, really racist. But the soybean farmers and all the attendant industries are pretty unsettled. So...maybe!

I often wonder where the breaking point is, or if there is one. It's easy for them to bask in their racism, misogyny, and homophobia when they have jobs and homes. They might, MIGHT, start to pay more attention when they're living in boxes under bridges. I don't know, though.
