    Personally I'm morally uncomfortable with being a shit landlord. Being a good one just doesn't make the returns promised. Landlords often end up in a position of exploiting renters, or being exploited. The only way to win is not to play. There are better returns elsewhere.

    A small thread. I have found my old blog posts from 2011 and came to a halt around 2015. I have discovered when my anxiety + depression started and tracked it down next to my jobs that I have worked in. Realised a pattern was formed in each job.
