Yes, yes, sacrilegious to watch Bond spanned and zoomed on the Surface Duo 2. So sue me. 8-)

Browsing Twitter in bed on my Surface Duo 2 phone this morning. Surely no other pocket device has this much screen real estate that’s this useful? ⁦

Working my way through Babylon 5 again! In case you didn’t know this, it’s free (with a few ads) on IMDB TV. Which is accessible in the UK in the Prime Video app. Also, it’s the remastered, cleaned up version. Handy to have it on streaming on all my devices. My DVDs not needed!

Amazing that we get to watch real life space flight, with humans and almost completely routine reuse, all on our phones in HD. Launching in 20 mins. 4 people to the space station. 🙂

Hey - do we know if MS is planning a public beta of Android 12L for the Duo 2? Thx.

My son was spending too much time playing computer games, so I said, "Son, when Abe Lincoln was your age, he was studying books by the light of the fireplace." He considered this for a moment and replied: “When Abe Lincoln was your age he was The President of the United States.”

See, the thing about redecorating one’s living room is that one has to find space for everything in it, to another room. Our kitchen therefore is uninhabitable 8-)

Just updated this to the latest iOS 15.4.1. iPhone SE from 2016. It’s the PERFECT full function ‘pub or travel’ phone in terms of size. Do we think Apple will give this iOS 16?

To be honest, it's all gone fairly smoothly so far. It has been just over three months since he died, for context. Helped by lots of things being online now. Thanks also to and who both gave me some good financial pointers 8-)

For those that were wondering how I'm getting on with sorting out my dad's estate, I do feel like I'm in the home straight at least. House is sold subject to contract, 80% of his personal possessions are now removed and it's now down to more paperwork and furniture clearing 8-)

It’s ridiculous I know to get excited about 72W streaming in via the sun into my charge store. It’s only pennies of electricity per hour I’m sure. But somehow it’s geekily satisfying 🙂
