Where does this end?! So I gather that California can now sue Texas for having lower taxes and attracting Tesla. Since their lower taxes affect their economy? How is this different?

100%. And if someone buys a gun in Texas, and commits a crime with it in NY, Texas is going to get sued to change their gun laws? Seems only fair.

Most of those states have Republican Sens or Govs who will be running for Prez in 4 years. They know this won’t work but it endears them with the Trumpers.
