    At North Herts council cabinet where we have just agreed an updated climate change strategy. This includes a list of proposed actions but many more will be added over the coming months to meet the council's objective of zero carbon by 2030.

    You know this happens because you only get penalised if the train is late at its final destination, so you miss the stops to avoid penalties and make your stats look less bad. There should be a massive financial penalty for train companies who do this.

    The government says Britain will stay in Erasmus "if it is in our interests to do so". The problem is that the "our" in this case means Dominic Cummings' and Boris Johnson's interests, not those of the students who could benefit from Erasmus.
