I know we're all weary, but we can't just dismiss this refusal to release Schiff's memo with a knowing shrug. Even if the memo becomes public anyway (say through #3), doesn't change facts: Trump's WH is actively & blatantly interfering in an investigation into his own behavior.

If a member reads the memo into the record from the House floor, Speech Or Debate Clause protects against liability elsewhere. Question is whether House could sanction Member for doing so if disclosure not authorized by full Chamber. Thoughts?

If I recall correctly Senator Feinstein was not sanctioned (at least officially) for defying the House (Senate?) and releasing Fusion GPS's House testimony transcript. So at least in that context there's precedent for defying Congress. Doubt they'd do it though...
