    My daughter surprised me with a new upload to her YouTube channel. She’s 12 and has created a style video talking about her feelings, which almost never happens! She’d be thrilled with some views (only 4 mins long)

    Wow! Someone has just donated £400 in the name of “Dr Peter Rose” towards being able to give a book to every state girls school in the UK. A huge thank you 🌹 I’m now 97% of the way there. Thank you to everyone who has donated & supported the campaign.

    Recently, a paper was published that I got to be involved in. It’s about optimising evidence based psychological treatments for YP with epilepsy who also have mental health needs. It’s vitally important for lots of reasons. Read it here:

    We knew (ha) that McDonalds didn't serve fries until 10:30 am, because we had faced that extreme upset of not being able to get them in a morning of need before (we'd had to leave a hotel super early one morning after being woken up by a fire alarm at 6am)
