    Spot on! A lot of these turn up on from the eastern states along with Toxorhynchites. Probably because the are so striking.

    In such a hot, dry continent, wetlands are exceptionally important for biodiversity. And for people too. This photo is me at Seaford Swamp, my happy place, when I was 11 and at the same site last week surveying birds with Happy !

    Nice here is an observation from northern NSW. we dont see this one In SA. but you will get the cool ones like Aedes Marks sp85, and Ae sapians and others
