To be clear, McConnell was outspoken earlier this year in his criticism of Trump's election lies. And he deserves credit for having done so. He hasn't been as critical recently as Trump has stepped up those false claims and the House GOP purges Liz Cheney for challenging him.

If you think Mitch McConnell has not criticized Trump over this then you haven't been listening. There is a difference between disagreeing and being a jerk on a personal level on a continual basis.
