A lot of US foreign policy experts are worried about #China's rise. Me too. But how many of these experts have reflected on the fact that China hasn't been fighting wars in lots of places, while steadily gaining greater wealth, power and influence?

They're gaining influence largely unopposed, and wealth via regimes propped up by another great power. Let's see how they react once they begin to encroach upon another great power' sphere of influence, or need to maintain their own regimes. China fought several wars since 1949.
