Trump defends his “very fine people” comments on Charlottesville: “People were there protesting the taking down of the monument of Robert E. Lee. Everybody knows that.” Fact check: There were many neo-Nazis and white supremacists.

Yes, and weirdly, whenever they tried to say "should we keep this monument?", their mouths accidentally said "Jews will not replace us", or "Blood and soil".
-
There were 4 groups present in Charlottesville that day: 1. Pro-statue 2. Anti-statue 3. White supremacists 4. People protesting the white supremacists And the smallest group BY FAR were the white supremacists.
-
But they were the ones chanting “Heil Seig” and “Jews will not replace us” while carrying torches like Nazi wannabe’s
-
Groups 3 and 4 (violent Antifa) were bad groups. Groups 1 and 2 were not. This really isn't hard.
-
Just innocent statue fans who accidentally were yelling about Jews replacing them when they were really trying to yell "We love statues!" It could happen to anybody, really.
