When I asked friend about Warhammer races I thought about them too...

The Tau have its little neat stuff to them i will agree only thing i dislike is there lack of melee units that are not auxiliary races they recruited, its why i like the Farsight enclave

I heard they are good at throw you lots of stuff but melee aint their jam. Plus i heard ppl dislike them for how simply or light they are as a race and their culture in comparison to the grim dark theme other races are.

I really enjoy the concept. Like, in a world of so much weird as catholicism and european-entric fantasy they stand Out like a Breath of fresh air

Small fish in a BIG pond but Im happy that they are part of the game. They are the most xenos race of xenos. Almost every other faction in the game is part of something bigger, Tau are kind of like a popular indie band in a world full of record labels.

same! i saw their lore and i love how they are much of a race that just try to do their own things but they are unfortunate enough to deal with the others. or seeing them having theit own issues to deal with here and there.
