No customizations for shadowlands and no heritage armor planned for 9.0.5. The gameplay aspect looks solid though, but most people are up in arms about the first part.

It's mostly just the lack of content being shown overall and the shooting down of customization for me. i wasn't expecting much but this will not be considered blizzcon to me aksjfkkljasf

I both am dissapointed but also understanding if they were not capable to do that especialy after the virus kicked in. I mean the very least made sure shadowlands to be decently good with it's content but yeah im sure they could bit more after.
