trust me, I am in pain, tried to join some pugs, they all require the achievement already it is painful, even the one group that said "learning raid" required it- like bro...
O O F! i swear i end up doing pug runs my self just to avoid the achivement bs which lead me to be the most frustrated person outthere to get mechanics and even explain it to them. plus mistweaver as well... * sad fartcould noises*

I feel you by alot! cause that was my experience with all of legion and maybe bfa too although in bfa i had little to now desire to raid. I wish you lots of good luck to find a guild to get along with!
