on normal yes i was close for a nother too but had to go all in the same night with my guild. i found out that you need to relog a few times if this bugs pumps up but it was still empty for me. so i sent bug report.

My boyfriend had the same issue last week. Killed 7 bosses on normal and the vault gave him nothing. After he sent a ticket about it, they told him they were having multiple reports of this but basically couldn't do anything :/
