YIKES ! i saw guilds based on raid that they said they are friendly casual only for them later own to admit that they will be big jerks just so they can get better progression. If they can't handle it then they can simply step down as leaders.

A guild i been around (till i joined them recently) mainly rp were with a raid based guild that literaly went out of their way in the first week when the raid opened that were going to be harsher and that ppl will hate them for it. Never joined them ever since...i hope.
