Did they redeem Kil'jaden? Did they redeem Arthas? No they showed that they had regrets, that they had flaws, that they still had some shred of morality in them. Just because a villians got regrets does not mean they gunna redeem her.
I think that doubt by some comes from her popularity and that she been a major character for a good junk of wow as of late so is only fit for ppl to have a quick reaction to it.

Garrosh had and still does have a ton of fans, no redemption on him, same with kael'thas. They actually did the opposite and confirmed him to be evil when they could have just left it vague.

That is for sure, my fear is that blizz knows she has been around longer than both combined so i can only see them try to complete as much stuff for her as possible before they either kill her or till she is no longer relevant in the story.

Indeed, but blizz knew why ppl loved him as character and they did their best to stick with it and that he was doomed to die by our hands ( well by an npc) regardless.
