I admit that i did say some parts wrong such as getting the spectral eyes or the visions part mainly cause it happened like that when illidan was around i think?

I looked on her guide again to see where i got my stuff wrong which is where i took notice of them later on. But i got them mixed up with other details based of what illidan did with the rituals?

I'd say so! Just looks like you mixed a few details in together which isn't super hard to do. The Illidari are trained over a period of 3 months, and it's fairly straight forward, it's just dangerous. They're trained in combat, demonology, etc and so on first-

-before the Master then takes them through their ritual roughly 3 months later. The Master summons a demon, which for Vandel was a Felstalker, because Illidan knew it would fuck with him. But it could be any demon, it makes no difference. After you physically kill the demon-

-you then have to psychically defeat it also. The demon tries to flood your mind with pain, doubt, testing for weaknesses. The death throes of a demon's mental energy are the visions of the endless armies, and the futility of the fight. At this point if the demon wins, they-

-keep the new body. But if you win, you're in control. The demon is dead at that point and you're in control, but you now have instincts that contradict your mentality, which for Vandel caused psychosis. You can tear out your eyes to try and make the visions stop, BUT -
