I think we’re all winding down from the “just wanna play the new game” period, and very soon we’re about to enter the “let’s get our characters ICly immersed” period. Happened with Legion and BfA too.
Maybe, but feels like sl wont be as accessable or that easy to yeet our ocs there, maybe cause is not so "down to azeroth" As bfa or any other expac. But i could be wrong eitherway

Possibly. But as time goes on, I’m seeing more mention of “mortals arriving in greater numbers” or pluralized “Maw Walkers” - it sounds as though they’re gradually making the story more accessible for multiple people coming through the breech.

During the chosing of a covenant for the first time the speaker says basically that every mortal that enters must join one of the covenants to bolster their ranks as mawalkers.

Apparently it's canon that regular people can go to the Shadowlands now to meet lost loved ones since you see a few Azerothian NPC's there who have no business being there along with some dialogue from the Oribos guards that more mortals are coming through each day.
