yep after you get rank 5 renown
That may come odd but since we get further stuff with renown too does it rank up via anima? ( i say it cause i still am at rank 3)

for ranking up renown you should have quests like "Replenish the Reservoir" that reward renown as a legendary currency

I have the only the quest where it tells me to go reach rank 5 for my renown althought i keep colecting anima i might still need to wait for the reset ( yeah is like 5 am for me and is still not reseted)
