No it pretty much is just a version of Starfall.

If I've learned anything about blizzards writing, they're awful at writing power scaling. Tyrande was already seen as powerful so this doesn't prove much. While with sylvanas, it came out of no where with no build up.

Her Starfalls have killed Frostwyrms and 1 shot Aboms. 2 darkhounds ain't exactly that much lol.
