I personaly never had a problem with it for i atleast could tell what their expressions were in comparission to the Carnotaurus. Although looking back to it i will say it still looks decently good even for today and even for it's story telling? I feel it was ahead of it's time.

This movie was before its time honestly. Still a favorite.

Same for me! both story and looks. is just mind blowing what Disney could do two decades ago. Very underated movie.

This movie WAS my childhood. And looking back on it now, I can appreciate the effects and the animation and the soundtrack, but I do have to admit it's not the most compelling story. I think it would be better if the characters didn't talk, like Spirit.

I remember seeing it at the cinemas. Thought it was cool that most scenery were like.. live action scenery an they just stuck cgi dinos in there

It still blows my mind how good the movie looks for the time it came out. Sure it shows it's age a little but it is truly impressive nonetheless. One of my favorite childhood movies and the reason I love dinosaurs so much.
