I have a few characters who have good parents. Not everyone needs a tragic family life.
Some tragic stuff always spice things up for a character in their story but i see this formula used so much i start to question it. in the end ppl can make the way they want it i just think good parents are also neato.

Oh yeah, I'm not dissing on anyone who uses it. But I do try to mix it up a little myself, or I feel my characters all end up feeling the same with the same family story to tell. x.x

doing family stuff was always my weakest cause i nee to work on names and characters further but i always like to see a good conection with the main oc's they are fun stuff
