I don’t think it is gold. Some may just not care. Or in my case, I leveled a Pandarian and when you do their starter zone, that equipment you get through quests is not allowed to he transmog. So I don’t want to do half lol
Now you can mog at level 10. *Still see ppl wearing their heirlooms and not mog them* Either gold issues or some people just want to look like this.

Same case which is why i do the new one cause it will let me mog my stuff. In that case as well cant win them.
