For being priest it's only need to have faith in the light or somekind of religion like this, maybe for goblins it was something about the luck or something like that to make a pray about their mechanics to not exploding, something like that ?

Goblins have npcs Even called Airborn priest/pristessses Once I saw that was an actual thing id the reason I made my goblin a Priest. Even more strange both worgen and Goblins have all the monk Animation, yet they are not able to be monks

WoW's coding is held together with bubblegum and happy thoughts, so I'm betting it has something to do with that. Kinda like how they can't expand the base backpack without the entire game breaking. I bet there's some spaghetti code that makes this otherwise easy idea not easy.

There’s no lore reason for why they can’t - Initially it was because of the start zones for both races & monks coming after (Pandaren behind the wall or a panda living on Kezan?) but that can easily be fixed & force Gob/Worg monks to start in Exiles Reach! Patch 9.1?

I get why the Pandaren NPC weren’t just shoehorned into those starting zones, even though they were in other start zones as a ‘wandering monk’ This is why the Monk class shouldn’t = Pandaren only. In same way there’s different kind of Paladins, monks too! Example: Burning Blade
