if you have the full sets they show up, originally transmogs were supposed to show up and people could see them and save them, but seems that was only ever a concept, so instead yeah...

Yes! I believe for most classes, the racks display Tiers 1-10, which is Molten Core through Icecrown Citadel (although Tier 3 is replaced with Ahn'Qiraj). Death Knights, Demon Hunters, and Monks obviously have something different.
