Absolutely fine! As a matter of fact, playing off of that flaw can give a lot more character than normal! I've sprinkled all sorts of flaws and angst on my OCs lol

Flaws are essential to a character being interesting. There should be flaws. There should also be motivation or character development around those flaws, positive or negative, and especially terrible ones should be challenged. (Whether by storytelling or roleplay!)
