The biggest thing that I can say is DO NOT enter an IC relationship with somebody you do not wholly trust or understand. A lot of upset could've been prevented had I realised that boundaries were not properly set in place. That's what I'd tell my fresh-faced RPer self.

I did almost similar but as a friend that tried to help someone with their inner struggles tot he point that it was impossible to understand them. I quickly stop hanging with them after to prevent any possible drama.
