Hmm. There's a lot of different ways to read this as dissonance, but I don't think it's ALWAYS dissonant.

Obviously there. Not all are going to find out your gender in game most i met didnt even bother. but it is something that happens and is anoying.

I mean, there's the chauvinist read, where "you're forfeiting your manliness to be a woman? How abhorrent!!" mixed with "you're asserting your manliness despite your womanly shortcomings? I RESPECT YOU!" There's the lopsided homophobia read too, which is p straightforward...
