Blizzard can create new lore in order to give a sustain to the new combinations. I mean, is what they did always when races got new classes. Look at Cataclysm, and now the lore of SL about the new generation of Death Knights.
Im all for new stuff that is how wow lives today but i think is also nice to play a race with that class and have some roots as to why is posible like why vulpera can be warlocks? While i can see why zandalari can be paladins lore wise.

Blizzard writing team just need a bit of imagination for all that. Personally i imagine Vulpera becoming warlocks in order to have the help of demons to survive in the desert. Honestly, survive in the desert can be also an excuse for any other new class for the Vulpera.
