  At first it didnt show me the free name changer till i had to delete the character and restor her and it worked! Also thanks everyone for the help!!

  when it does that you don't have to buy a name change, when you try to log in it should force you to do a free one I'd contact Blizzard about that

  Your supposed to get a name change for free if you transfer a character due to the fact you dont have control over if there are others who chose the same name on your server
