I was doing okay this morning until I started working on decluttering my room, deciding to toss nearly everything so far. I still have stuff in there that dates to elementary school. Not all of the memories associated with the stuff was great. I’ve... shut down and it’s not fun.
for the good of our health we may need to take such directions I had to make similar for mine for havinf decades ofs tuff that i loved but they also became a watse of room at the same time. /pat
