Blizzard puts Thrall in retirement and people want him back. Blizzard brings Thrall back and people scream. It happens every time. They quite literally just brought him back with a new model so of course, he's going to be active again in the story! How are people this surprised?pic.twitter.com/AIcaBlIjft
It only brings me the question why they decided for him to retire in the first place as much as to what was the purpose to cut all of his hair only to grow back and even keep the same style he had before ( there some difference but still same)

Probably to give the player the Doomhammer and that's mainly it. Granted the Thrall retiring story is somewhat interesting - it does make things difficult in some areas.

i feel like blizz had an issue with him for a bit in wod as to what to do wiht him or end his story arc till they kinda changed their mind somewhere i only hope they give him justice in bfa and further.
