I can play a fat girl and a big russian girl, aka a representation of myself, in overwatch, and there’s none of that in tf2 
You can play a fat russian in tf2 tho and i dont really think games should focus much on representation but having a good gameplay system. Unless you were kidding and i got it wrong then my bad here. I dunno.

representation means a lot to me, so out of 99% of the games where you can only play as a dude, I would pick those other 1% where I can play something that feels close to myself

I mostly look forward when it comes to a character's personality male or female, i have my own pick limits here cause not all games do go well for me when the characters i play with are not my cup of tea but hey das just me no offense.
