If Naga went to the Alliance, Elune might help them recover a bit of their original form - legs, because we know that she can turn Satyrs back to Night elves. If it is required for Naga to be playable, I would not mind it much :) ... ofc I'd prefer Naga with tails way more.

Same here i for one support the tail and blizz can easily make the feet and pants as a tail armor i mean after all they will stay on land for long so covering their tails is a must, also i like the idea behind them having legs by elune it will explain it perfectly lore wise.

Thanks :) Well with the possibility to hide evrything except pants in 8.2 I do not see it mandatory for them to have any kind of pants or boots - maybe a few via e.g. racial armour + some tail rings.
