So I anticipate banks and other large corporates in city centers to phase back and to go no further than 50% back in office until the virus is non-existent for some months.

As long as there are new cases you’ll see some institutions sticking with essential workers-only which is effectively where they are at now (essential workers are ok under most lockdown rules)
