The biggest puzzle in COVID, IMO, is the high asymptomatic rate in prisons and homeless shelters. Did it spread fast and most of them will go on to develop symptoms? Is it due to higher infectious disease load? (Similar to BCG and OPV vaccines maybe providing protection?)

I've seen people speculate calorie restriction, lots of sunshine and time outside and stronger immune systems for the homeless, but that still doesn't explain prisons
