I'd like to get the thoughts of some experts on this study. Claims an infection fatality rate btwn 0.1% and 0.26%. But much is based on Iceland's data, which has barely been hit (yet). They dismiss Italy's counting of comorbidities, which seems wrong (that seems stndrd practice).

The article was first published Mar 17. Spain's numbers have nearly reached Italy's, so Italy isn't looking so exceptional anymore. The analysis seems based on the early Diamond Princess numbers too. Too much made of Iceland I think; not enough of wide testing in South Korea.
