I currently have 15,188 minutes of watch time. ~253 hours. I just got an email notifying me that I was terminated from the @TeamYouTube Partner Program. In order to be REEVALUATED, not reinstated, I need 240,000 watch minutes. 4,000 HOURS. Goodbye, livelihood. It's been awful. 
@TeamYouTube @YouTube you guys suck. You are taking the opportunity to make money from small channels and you are making this site just ridiculous. Shame on you
