Currently on a doxastic practice with blood in the game. It is Day 3.
Day 6. Ketosis in full swing. Less sleep (4.5 hours) = no need to recuperate after waking. Went straight to work.

Quick nap/siesta in a lot of light to rest my back from 8-9 hours of working = feeling like a god.

I'm in distress (not because of fasting). So writing and tweets are flowing. Hectic, can't stop.

Day 10. Cold determination. I've run out of tea, so it's water-only from here on.

Ketosis seems to have started around Day 6 (YMMV). I have a lot of clarity, my energy is high and even went running one day. Not hungry at all. Not even tempted although I cooked several times for others.

And did I mention most days I've slept a total of about 5 hours without an alarm? Because I can't wait to jump back to work.

Ah, yes, testosterone is elevated, too. Just noticed as I was taking a walk.

Day 11. Took 2 creatine, breaking my water-only, because some imbeciles interrupted my most important rest of the day (~ 2h) and I couldn't get a minute of sleep. Brain is eager, but can't do much without eyes' cooperation.

I can go without food for weeks to come, but can't be unproductive for no good reason.

Finally managed to get my solid 2 hours after that interruption yesterday, and all systems are a go. Getting to sleep is tough: 1) Adrenaline high because no sleep - don't need! and 2) Testosterone stratospheric because fat digestion.

Day 15. Break towards problem-solving happened minutes ago. Doxastic fast continues until complete victory.

Day 16. Weekend orgy survived without food or drink. Doxa.

Day 17. Craving food for the first time. A very specific Lebanese falafel and the best I've had.

As soon as I wrote the above, I realized why. I'm paralyzed about editing the SITG anti-review because everyone's expectations.

Day 19. Ate. I thought I had the answer to my question, but my lack of appetite and having to force food in seems to point otherwise. I may have to do this again.
