If you check the catdb file https://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/13827.windows-server-2008-event-id-257-system-catalog-database-integrity.aspx … in wim image it is corrupted. Windows can repair it (not sure when) so casual users are not affected, but those who deploy images with unattended customization may find drivers and apps failing to install
