Apple: taxes? What's that? Apple: no, you can't replace the battery. Did we mention we're environmentally-friendly company? Apple: no, we can't fix your iMac you just bought, even if you pay us.

Apple can also say their "properties" use clean energy, but this means nothing. Factories they use don't use clean energy, and I bet factories use A LOT more power than offices.
