Also, this is in a city where regulations say that your car, which can't exceed about ~65mph can have a *400hp* engine and all of the torque, but electric bicycles which need all the help they can get on those hills are limited to ~20mph and ~500W
-there might be reasons for 1., (feels they're running an experiment) -noticed how similar companies & services are (same bikes, # of bikes, $ and terms, regions covered and hubs (these perhaps just driven by ppl)) -drivers might not perceive scouter riders as = to bike riders
