Yeah, dumb joke. "Attorney general" pluralizes as "attorneys general" and I've been seeing memes using the same convention for other words. May be a joke confined to my memesphere.

Also, I would argue that the hyphen between 'closed' and 'toe' is optional, and the trend is towards less hyphens. So, 'closed toe shoes' is slightly preferred to 'closed-toe shoes', but both are correct.
