Me too. I only use screenshots now. All of the different airline apps have failed me at some point.

It’s incredible that this is what people who have spent an inordinate amount of time using computers -and becoming professionally good at doing so!- resort to.

It's why I print out my parent's tickets when they visit. They are not tech savvy and showing them how to take a screenshot and then find it again is a mess.
