Just saw a smashed-up minivan behind police tape by my favorite Castro cafe. "He was driving on the sidewalk on Castro street and hit some buildings.." said one of two men standing nearby. My heart.

He drove past me while I was heading up Castro. 20-30 people were chasing him trying to get him to stop! He was on a rim before turning on 18th. Spooky!
