Did the alert go out to ALL Hawaiian islands or just to a random subset? Asking for an econometrician friend of mine.

Sampling my immediate friends/family, O'ahu, Maui and the Big Island definitely did receive. That's ~95% of the population of Hawaii. Can't personally confirm re Kauai but I believe so. Molokai and Lanai remain which contribute about 0.03% pop #'s together (off the cuff)
Local friend reports pretty sure it was everyone in the state. Even people on vacation elsewhere received
