The one in Emeryville appears to be 180'x250'=45000ft², quite close to an acre (43560ft²)

Yes! A few years ago I read that the average Best Buy is ~40k sqft. I had just gotten back from visiting a wheat harvest & recognized that as about an acre. It's a great mental reference. Tell everybody!
