how’s the experiment going? I recently put all apps in one folder on my phone so it’s harder to do anything, helps but not perfect
I think I'm keeping it! Anecdotally so far I spend far less time grazing twitter, almost no "lost in the abyss" scroll-fests any more. More moderated exposure to news, much less to get upset about when I open the app.
